1. Delivery Timeframes
•Inside Dhaka: Orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours following telephone confirmation.
•Outside Dhaka & All Districts: Deliveries arrive within 2 to 4 business days via partner courier services.
•Urgent or same-day delivery requests within Dhaka can be expedited by contacting our customer care hotline directly.
2. Delivery Charges
•Standard shipping inside Dhaka: $70
•Nationwide shipping across Bangladesh: $130
•Free delivery is automatically applied on all orders totaling $2,500 or more.
3. Parcel Receipt & Verification
•Please inspect the outer package and verify contents in the presence of the delivery agent.
•In case of visible transit damage or missing items, immediately notify our hotline while the delivery agent is present.
